- Return Policy
Returnable Items: Customers can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
Used items (including but not limited to pet beds, pet mats, and pet toys).
Expired or damaged items.
- Application Process
Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team via email, explaining the reason for the return and providing the order number and relevant photos (if any).
Obtain Return Authorization: After review, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA).
Package Preparation: Please repackage the item and attach the RA number. Ensure the item is not easily damaged during the return process.
Returning the Item: Send the package to our designated return address. Postage is usually borne by the customer unless there is a quality issue with the item.

- Refund Process
Once we receive the returned goods and confirm they meet the return conditions, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
The refund amount will be returned to the payment method you used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping Costs
The original shipping cost is non-refundable; the refund is only for the value of the goods.
If the return is due to a quality issue, we will bear the shipping costs.
- Notes
Please keep the tracking number of the shipped goods as proof.
Special circumstances (such as damaged goods) can be discussed separately.
